Terms of use
Last updated 2026.
These terms govern your use of shiftfinders.com ("the site"), operated by Lookfinity Pte Ltd. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.
What the site offers
Shiftfinders is an independent directory. It publishes descriptions of applications, games and related articles, and links to the official pages where those titles are distributed. Some games are playable in the page; they are delivered by their own providers and remain theirs.
We are not the developer, publisher or distributor of the titles described here, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless a page says so plainly.
Acceptable use
You may browse, read and share these pages. You may not:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to break any law that applies to you;
- copy, scrape or republish substantial parts of the site for a competing service;
- interfere with the site, its security, or anyone else's use of it;
- introduce malicious code, or attempt to gain access to anything you have not been given;
- misrepresent yourself as us, or as anyone else.
Third-party content, links and trademarks
Names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify the titles described. Screenshots and artwork are the property of their publishers.
Links to app stores and other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those destinations, we do not vouch for them, and what happens after you follow a link is between you and whoever operates it — including any purchase, subscription or permission you grant there.
Games embedded in a page are supplied by their provider and are subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy. We do not control their content or availability.
Accuracy
We take reasonable care, but information about a third party's product can be out of date the moment it is published. Prices, ratings, availability, ages and features change without notice. Always check the publisher's own page before deciding anything.
Advertising
The site is supported by advertising. Advertisements are selected by our advertising partners, and their presence beside an item is not an endorsement of it by us, or of us by the advertiser.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lookfinity Pte Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or of anything you reach through it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Lookfinity Pte Ltd against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Changes
We may amend these terms. The date at the top is when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of {governing_law}, and the courts of {governing_law} have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
